Recently I managed to embed a splinter under my thumbnail. Ouch! My first line of defense was to ignore it and hope it would go away but that was never going to happen! Then I tried to get it out with a needle but it was too far into the nail bed. On being told I would have to have it numbed and scraped I finally saw sense and got my remedy kit out. Not before it had started to infect I might add. Repeated doses of Silica 30c meant that not only did the infection go away, but also the pain, and eventually the area opened so that I could gently get the splinter out and let the area heal. That’s why I love homeopathy!
